The Standing Start Solutions drug, alcohol and smoking requirements apply to all personnel when working for or on behalf of the company.
Alcohol
All personnel when on site must not be under the influence of alcohol and it is strictly forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages during working hours.
Drugs
The use of any controlled drug (UK laws) without the prescription or supervision of a trained medical agent is strictly forbidden.
Smoking
Smoking on site is allowed at the designated areas as set out during the induction. All personnel who do smoke onsite MUST ensure that they do so in a responsible manner.
