Outcomes

Kinetic Shift Technique in four words – Active, Intuitive, Dynamic, Energising. Kinetic Shift is a rapid method combining several different techniques to resolve fears, phobias, anxiety, weight loss, smoking, and PTSD.

We all know that we cannot express everything we want to verbally, so we all use several other methods of communication. This is the key to the seven stages of Kinetic Shift.

Made up of sub-modalities: confusion, metaphor, intuition and the theatrical, Kinetic Shift technique is the complete opposite of classic methods. Kinetic Shift is content free, the Practitioner doesn’t need to know. The Kinetic Shift process is not what is perceived to be a classical technique, it’s a process that is quick and will make changes fast.

Participants will gain much from using this fun, interactive and effective technique. It can be used anywhere which makes it transportable
