  • Safety brief.
  • Gentle walks
  • Forest Bathing Theory
  • Mediation
  • Self-reflexion time
  • Group share time
  • Natural tea making

Objectives

Spending time exploring the forest whilst reflecting, learning forestry skills and learning about ones self.
